Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Defense

7th edition

November 18 and 19, 2025
Rennes - France

From November 18 to 19, 2025, the 7th edition of the Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Defense (CAID) will take place in Rennes, as part of the European Cyber Week. Organized by the Ministerial Agency of Artificial Intelligence for Defense (AMIAD), CAID is one of the leading French events dedicated to artificial intelligence applied to defense.

It is a unique opportunity to explore the latest AI applications across all military fields : land, air, space, the navy, cyberspace, intelligence, and command. The event highlights the key challenges of these technologies in operational contexts: robustness, explainability, frugality, embedded integration, and system qualification.

The 2025 edition will place special emphasis on autonomy, military robotics, and resource-efficient architectures, with a focus on concrete use cases such as navigation in complex environments, swarm coordination, and sensor fusion.

As a true crossroads of innovation and expertise, CAID stands out as a key moment of the year to track, understand, and anticipate the evolution of artificial intelligence in defense.
